Contact form: Once the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, the personal data shall be blocked or deleted as long as there are no statutory retention obligations that prevent this.

Application: We shall store your personal data upon receipt of your application.  In cases of employment, we shall store your applicant data within the legal retention periods after any termination of the corresponding employment relationship.  Should we reject your application, we shall store your application data for six months after rejection of your application, unless you have given us your consent to a longer storage period.

Use of cookies

We use so-called “cookies” on our website. These are small text files that are sent from our web server to your computer to identify it for the duration of your visit. We do not collect any personal data via these cookies.

It is also possible to display our website without cookies being stored. You can deactivate cookie storage in your browser settings or set it so that you are informed about the intended storage of cookies by a website. In this case, you can decide whether or not to accept cookies. However, for technical reasons, it is necessary to allow temporary cookies to enable our website to function in full.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google Inc. (“Google”). As a result, data is collected and stored from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. These usage profiles are used to analyse visitor behaviour and are evaluated for the improvement and demand-oriented design of our website.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer, to allow the analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including parts of your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google shall use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators and provide other services relating to website and Internet usage. Google may also transmit this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will Google connect your IP address with other Google data. We shall also not combine the pseudonymised user profiles with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without your express consent. Data collection for the usage statistics and transmission to Google shall take place with the extended code “gat._anonymizelp();”. The collection of IP addresses is therefore anonymised (so-called IP masking).

You may object to the collection, use, and storage of data for web analytics purposes at any time with future effect by preventing the use of cookies by changing the settings of your browser. Please note, however, that in this case you will not be able to use all of the features of this website in full.

In addition, you may prevent Google from collecting and processing data about your use of this website (including parts of your IP address) by downloading and installing the available browser plug-in from the following link:

However, we shall not disclose your name or include you in a publication as the sender of the information or materials unless: a) we obtain your consent to include your name, b) we inform you before we publish the material provided to us as a contribution to a particular part of this website or the information including your name, or c) if required by law.

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Please note that, despite all security measures, data transmitted via the Internet may be accessed of falsified by third parties.
